          Practice History         

We are a long established practice previously based at High Street Surgery.  We moved to Pontypool Medical Centre, our new purpose built surgery in 2002.  Since this move we have gradually expanded our range of services, many of which are outlined on this web page.  We work closely with other health care professionals to run an efficient primary health care team.  We have facilities for the disabled and have a car park at the front of the building.

                                               Practice Area

We provide services to patients West of the River Usk, South of the A40 to Llanellen, Coed-y-Paen, Pontypool, Trevethin, and up to Pentwyn, Hafodyrynys, Pontnewyndd and Croesyceiliog.

We are able to dispense prescriptions immediately to patients living in or north of Little Mill or Mamhilad. There is a small step to the front access.
